Leadership

Alice Braccini

Founder, CEO

Italian born Alice Braccini is one of the most prominent and well-respected international publicists and marketing professionals. With over 18 years experience, Alice has led the public relation campaigns and special projects for a diverse portfolio of brands including Alexander McQueen, BVLGARI, Diane von Furstenberg, DSquared2, Intimissimi, Johanna Johnson, Made in Heaven Jeans, Maison Martin Margiela, MontBlanc, Pomellato and Zac Posen. Violetta Group was founded in 2014, incorporating Alice’s leadership and business acumen, and building upon her grasp of modern PR practices. Under her management Violetta Group has experienced uninterrupted growth since its launch and has expanded to a US bi-coastal operation. Prior, Alice oversaw the daily operations for five years as Vice President at MHA Media and headed the agency’s the fashion and lifestyle business. Before moving to Los Angeles, Alice was Account Director for Brower Lewis PRCo in London subsequent to her formation at LVMH Fashion Group in Paris (Louis Vuitton), London (Celine, Loewe and Berluti) and New York (Christian Lacroix).

Polyglot and passionate about making voices heard and bringing people together, Alice’s resilience, creative thinking and intelligent savoir-faire, make the foundation of Violetta Group.

 

Jonathan Bollier

Partner, Founder

Jonathan Bollier has 20 years in the media industry in both Europe and the United States as an executive, entrepreneur, and event & content producer. He is Head of Business Development for Dick Cook, former Chairman of Walt Disney Studios, in the business planning and launch of Dick Cook Studios and was instrumental to secure commitments of over $500M. Previously, Jonathan worked for Miramax, Fox Searchlight and Walt Disney Studios in Business Development and Distribution, Marketing and Production Finance. While living in the UK he founded Directional Studios Ltd., which rapidly became an award-winning production company and a sought-after consultant for luxury lifestyle brands making their foray in media production, clients included KRUG Champagne, Value Retail and Montblanc. In addition, Jonathan produced and managed large-scale events for IMG Arts & Entertainment, including English Heritage events, and for Elton John’s inaugural Oscar Party at the Pacific Design Center.

Jonathan graduated with a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Economics from University College London and received an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Ann Marie Scichili

Ann Marie Scichili is one of the most respected authorities in the global luxury fashion industry having worked in countries ranging from the US, Asia and throughout Europe. Over the years, Annie developed and managed some of the most iconic global brands, including Banana Republic, Donna Karan and Lucky Brand Jeans. Further, she is a Founding Member of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and a Member of The Circle, a charitable organization set up by Annie Lennox and Oxfam. She has been a Consultant and Member of the Advisory Committee for Value Retail for 25 years and Non-Executive Director at Pure Circle Limited since September 2018. Annie’s strategic overview, insight and invaluable opinions are sought by leading international designer brands.

Desirée Bollier

A driving force in positioning luxury shopping tourism on the global stage, Desirée Bollier is a founding member of Value Retail since 2001. She currently serves as Chair for Value Retail Management and Global Chief Merchant of Value Retail’s global business. Her leadership has seen Value Retail’s unique “retailers serving retailers” business model continue to generate consistent double digit growth in gross sales each year, achieved since the opening of its first project, Bicester Village, in 1995. Prior to Value Retail, Desirée served as Senior Vice President of Retail at Polo Ralph Lauren for Europe and the Gulf.

Passionate about the Arts and supporting young design talent, Desirée is a member of the British Fashion Council Trust and is on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Royal Academy of Arts. She also sits on the Executive Board of the WTTC.

Assia Grazioli-Venier

Assia is a venture capitalist and advisor to high-growth tech startups, entertainment companies and sports businesses. She has worked at the forefront of technological disruption for over 18 years, from the first onset of mobile, to music streaming, subscription models, direct to consumer commerce and beyond. In 2016, Assia launched Muse Capital, a seed stage fund and business development firm that operates as a bridge between Silicon Valley, the brand world and entertainment industry. Furthering her advocacy towards diversity and innovation, Assia became one of the first women to sit on the board of the premiere Italian Football Club Juventus, playing an instrumental role in revolutionizing the club over the last nine years.

Born in Rome and educated between Europe and the US, Assia is fluent in four languages and has lived in New York City, London, Milan, Rome and Stockholm. She currently resides between Los Angeles and New York.

Ken Hertz

Ken Hertz is a named Partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Hertz Lichtenstein & Young LLP. Ken and his associates specialize in representing talent and new media companies in the sports and entertainment industries. The firm’s portfolio include Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Gwen Stefani, Idris Elba, will.i.am, Keith Richards, Herbie Hancock, Celine Dion, David Blaine, Shaun White, Jamie Oliver, Annie Leibovitz and JR.

Ken is also a principal in memBrain, an entertainment marketing and strategy consulting firm whose clients include UBS, Hasbro, McDonald’s, Intel, MillerCoors, Logitech, and Keds. Ken is a frequent speaker and commentator on the subjects of entertainment, marketing and convergence; is often quoted in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Wall Street Journal; has appeared on CNBC’s monthly newsmagazine “Business Nation;” has been an instructor at UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, and an adjunct professor of law at USC. Ken is also the host of TEDxHollywood.
